General Function

General office responsibilities including interacting with student workers, processing mail, connecting documents with student records, responding to prospective student’s phone calls.

Description of Primary Duties

A typical work week is five/six hours per day, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. No Saturdays or Sundays. Duties include organizing mail, data entry, scanning documents, and connecting scanned documents with student records, as well as providing excellent telephone customer service to prospective students. Training is provided for all tasks that are unique to the office. Attention to detail and good customer service are a must.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer and communication skills. General office experience preferred.
