How many hours per week are required? 15-20 /week in afternoons
Description of Primary Duties

General office coverage including but not limited to:

  • multi-line phone coverage and taking
    complete messages
  • professionally greeting and assisting guests
    and visitors
  • copying, filing, and errands.
  • ability and basic knowledge of MS Office
    Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • maintaining an organized and clean space
  • additionally will be assisting w/special
  • and develop skills to engage with others
    from diverse cultures and backgrounds
