Description of Primary Duties

Receptionist and general office duties including telephone, filing, computer, and office equipment. Will be working with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.

Required Qualifications

Must have completed at least 30 credit hours.

Previous office experience preferred.

Must be available to work during holiday breaks and summers.

Must be mature, assertive individual; outgoing personality preferred. Should relate well to people.

Must be able to complete responsibilities/assignments with minimal supervision after initial training period.

Must be able to handle “crisis” situations.

Appropriate office attire is required (i.e. as opposed to school attire.)

Should be able to quickly grasp office procedures; i.e. filing system, keyboarding, computer work, telephone etiquette.

Must have operational knowledge of photocopy equipment, basic filing knowledge, good telephone skillls, good organizational skills, and good computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
